14-day returns guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any items purchased on THIS PAGE, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the package. We will always propose the best solution for our clients.

* If our company is responsible for the problem, we will arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse for a refund and / or exchange.

* After receiving the item, we will offer you compensation or resend the replacement for free at our cost.

* If the customer ordered the wrong size, product or just wants to replace the goods, we can also allow a return.

* Customer is responsible for the shipping fee for replacement and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

* Sale items cannot be returned, and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

* All items returned must be in brand new condition, unused / unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact to qualify for compensation.

* All returns must be sent via the postal service, returns sent via other services will incur brokerage fees and / or duties which will be deducted from the credit / refund received. Returned products must be declared as "returned goods" in the customs section of the return label. In addition, returns that are not properly declared may incur additional charges.

* For exchanges, the processing time for the exchange item is 3 to 6 business days after we receive the item back and subject to in-stock availability.

Important Note:

1. Please do not send returns to the sender's address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide, even if you are using your own shipping.

2. Make sure you don't accidentally include this website on your return shipment. We are not responsible for shipping these items back to you.

RETURNS

All refunds will be made using the original method of payment for the price of the item. This does not apply to money orders and postal orders, where we will refund your money by check.

It may take up to 7 business days to process your return.
